Farewell Speech for Teacher

Respected Principal, teachers, and dear friends. Today we stand together to honour [Teacher's Name], a teacher who has shaped not only our lessons, but our character. [Sir / Ma'am] taught us [subject], but more importantly taught us how to think, how to stay curious, and how to treat people with dignity. In class, they had a way of explaining difficult ideas simply — and of noticing students who needed encouragement. Many of us will remember [a classroom moment or habit]. Those small moments became lifelong lessons: prepare well, speak clearly, and never stop learning. On behalf of the students, thank you for your patience, your high standards, and your belief in us even when we doubted ourselves.
